Dr. Kamal Oswal got his medical certifications from Assam Medical College, Dibrugarh University, India.
Ex Professor and Head of the Radiology Department in the Vivekananda Institute of Medical Sciences, Kolkata, India. Dr. Kamal Oswal was also a former professor and head of the Department of Paediatrics (Medicine) at the Ramakrishna Mission Seva Pratishthan. He trained over 50 doctors and tech professionals to do radiological studies. They learned to process the images and interpret them. They also learned to make reporting tools for teleradiology.
He is also an ex-president in the Society of Fetal Medicine, India.

Dr. Kamal Oswal was a faculty member at BOGS (the Bengal obstetric and gynaecological society). He presented at the 44th Annual Conference of BOGS, “BOGSCON 44”. It was held on Saturday and Sunday, December 21 and 23, 2018 at Hyatt Regency, Kolkata.

He has published more than 3-4 papers. He has also co-authored books on OBS & GYNAE.
He is now in an active association with top technology research institutions. He is working with IITs on many projects about the future and development of medical imaging. He is also an active mentor and guide for anyone who is starting his career in the field of imaging and clinical diagnosis systems.
He is currently a participant as well as a designer for medical workshops organized by GE Medical Systems. Dr. Kamal Oswal is a live member of IRIA (Indian Radiological and Imaging Association).
